- She was born on 2 May 2002 and raised in Maryland.
- Following her family legacy, she went on to Saint Frances Academy, Baltimore where she played as a high school basketball player for four years. She led her university team to three consecutive IAAM championships.
- Reese also gave trials for the 2017 FIBA Under-16 Women’s Americas Championship tournament for being part of the USA team but she was not selected in the final squad. Later Angle was also not selected for the 2018 Under-17 World Cup team & missed the cut after being a finalist.
- Finally, after 2 chances, she was selected for the 2019 Under-19 World Cup team but this time, Angel withdrew her name to play in the Nike EYBL.
